That’s right, it’s been in the seventies for the last few days. The first really warm weather of the year is always so nice, especially when it’s paired with awesome fishing. You can pretty much take your pick. There’s stellar midge fishing (the best i have ever seen!) and olives have started to show up for dry fly action which is good all day if it’s still and cloudy, on the bright sunny ones you may have to wait till evening to find it. Nymphing the upper river is producing well and streamer fishermen are finding big browns to play with. Combine all that with the fact that it’s still not very crowded (could change soon) and it adds up to you should be here. See you on the river.
